  2. people using pacemakers, people suffering from cardiac arrhythmia or
  3. other heart disorders, people currently taking stimulants,
  4. psychoactive drugs, or tranquilizers, are in a medical risk of using
  5. brain entrainment products, such as BrainWave Generator. If you are
  6. such a person, DO NOT INSTALL or use BrainWave Generator. As
  7. described in the BrainWave Generator license agreement, Noromaa
  8. Solutions shall not be liable for any personal injury caused from
  9. the use of this software.

  12. BRAINWAVE GENERATOR LICENSE AGREEMENT

  15. BrainWave Generator is distributed as "shareware". This means that
  16. you may use BrainWave Generator for one month to evaluate it. If you
  17. continue to use it after that period, you must register it.
  18. Registration gives you (the licensee) the right to use this version
  19. of BrainWave Generator and its full functionality for personal use
  20. for an unlimited time.
  21.  
  22. You are granted the right to use and to make an unlimited number of
  23. copies of the shareware version of this software. You may not
  24. disassemble, decompose, reverse engineer, or alter any of the files
  25. in the package.

  27. This software may not be commercially distributed, licensed, resold,
  28. or otherwise transferred for any consideration, or reproduced for
  29. any such commercial purposes. This software is provided to the user
  30. "as is", and you, its user, assume all risks when using it.

  32. Noromaa Solutions does not make any warranties, either expressed or
  33. implied with respect to the BrainWave Generator software and/or any
  34. associated materials provided with it, including but not limited to,
  35. any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose
  36. and against infringement.

  38. Noromaa Solutions shall not be liable for any claims or damages
  39. whatsoever, including property damage, personal injury, intellectual
  40. property infringement, loss of profits, or interruption of business,
  41. or for any special, consequential or incidental damages however
  42. caused from the use of this software.

  44. Commercial and clinical use is not covered by this license; for such
  45. uses, a separate commercial/clinical use license must be obtained
  46. from Noromaa Solutions.

  48. AudioStrobe (TM) signaling system has been patented by AudioStrobe
  49. of Germany. The use of AudioStrobe signals for any external data
  50. carrier production, like CD or MiniDisc, must be directly licensed
  51. by AudioStrobe of Germany. Licenses issued by Noromaa Solutions will
  52. not include the right to use AudioStrobe signals in commercial
  53. production.

  55. By installing this software the user implicitly agrees with the
  56. utilization rules described in this file.

  58. This license agreement and all matters arising out or relating to
  59. this agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance
  60. with Finnish law. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive
  61. jurisdiction of the courts of Finland.
